Are you a really busy mom who fears that she’s not got the time to work out and cannot shed those extra few pounds? Well fear not, we have a brisk 10 minute work out just for you. Using a chair for at least a couple of the exercise positions (make sure it’s not one with wheels or you’ll go flying!), tough-sounding oblique crunches and modified push ups, to make them a little easier on you, I think this routine is a good way to start getting back in shape, especially when you’re limited for time.
