In these two recipes, the Green Goddess Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Green Goddess Herb Pesto, the chef never met a green ingredient they didn’t like. And for good reason. Green vegetables are known to be the most healthy for you and should be included in any regular diet. The Green Cheese Sandwich uses two types of cheese for different textures & flavor, with pesto, avocado and olive oil. The Herb Pesto dish uses parsley, tarragon, chives, garlic and olive oil to bring out the green color and mix of tastes. Both dishes are easy to make and flavorful.
