Here is an exercise routine more suitable for beginners with a range of movement needed to perfect the moves. The actions can be performed around a flat bench or chair for support. The routines are interval based, where you need to time your exercise and then move on to the next one. A set of dumbbells is also needed of suitable weight to match your present strength and fitness (don’t over do it and cause yourself an injury). The complete routine can be ran through twice with a short rest between each different exercise to catch your breath, and a short break again between each sequence.
